It has been a passion of his to make hungry people happy with is signature seasoning and perfectly smoke meats. Mr. Moody graduated from Washington State University, he has been barbecuing professionally for 13 years, and has since won several awards doing what he does best including the prestigious New Times 2024 Best BBQ of Miami.
